Practice Charter


    • Emergency appointments will be given at the next surgery and be treated as a priority.


    • We will provide a confidential service in all areas of the practice. We will treat all patients with courtesy and consideration.


    • We will provide repeat prescriptions within 24hours of the request. 

In return we ask that you:

    • Treat us also with courtesy and consideration.


    • Treat our premises and furnishings with care.


    • Consider the severity of a condition before contacting the Out of Hours service or attending A&E.


    • When possible request home visits before 10:00.


    • Cancel unwanted appointments.


    • Be patient when appointments are running late.
